Currently, this publication is directed by Dr. Cristian Aedo Barrena, a professor at said university. The purpose of the Journal is the analysis and study of Law, in a broad way, so that both national and foreign professors can publish in it. Inserted in a global and complex world, from the Catholic dimension, the magazine seeks, with an open and plural perspective, to contribute to the legal debate. The Journal has the following sections: a) Research articles, b) Essays; c) Judgment comments; d) Reviews.
