Abstract

The study and analysis of the New Testament in terms of politics and the configura-tion of the state apparatus, leads to the Christian consideration of the need for a politi-cal authority that orders society towards the common good, establishes the rights and duties of citizens , etc., and all this, according to the moral order and the written law, being able to reach, in extreme cases, civil disobedience.
