The contents of this journal are licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license, which allows for free, immediate, and unrestricted access to content. The Anales de Teología does not charge any fees for processing, publishing, or accessing its writing.

Furthermore, the articles can be indexed, used as data for software, or employed for other legal purposes. As a result, the general public can make use of the documents published in the journal while recognizing the respective author's rights and citing the publication with an indication of the original source (journal name and edition). The authors are free to reuse their work while respecting the same licensing terms.

Authors are encouraged to electronically disseminate their works, as well as deposit their articles in institutional repositories or other types of repositories, as this can lead to productive exchanges and earlier and broader citations of published works.

The Anales de Teología encourages authors to deposit their articles in repositories, such as  Sherpa/Romeo, Dulcinea, Diadorim, institutional repositories, or any academic social network.
