Digital preservation

Anales de Teología develops various processes in order to guarantee permanent accessibility to the published files. These son:

- Permanent backup copies of your server and files.
- Permanent updating of the software used.
- Metadata protocol.
-Use of DOI.
- The use of reading formats available for download, which allows them to be easily reproduced.

Anales de teología is part of the Public Knowledge Project's Private LOCKSS Network (PKP-PLN), which generates a totally decentralized system, distributes among different partner libraries, in order to create permanent archives of the journal and, through this, preserve the original contents and restoration if necessary.
