Open Access Policy and Copyright
The Revista de Filosofía UCSC is open access, and therefore, anyone can read, download, copy, distribute, or print research articles without financial or technical restrictions.
Authors retain their copyright, although they grant the journal non-exclusive rights to exploit (reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, and transform) their work, and they guarantee the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the license indicated in this policy.
By submitting a work, the author accepts that their copyright will be retained, and they grant the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. Others may copy, use, disseminate, transmit, and publicly display the work, provided authorship, URL, and the journal are cited, and it is not used for commercial purposes.
They may enter into other non-exclusive distribution license agreements for the version of the published work, provided that the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.
The Revista de Filosofía UCSC does not charge for processing, publication, or access to its writings.
