The Revista de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción is part of the Public Knowledge Project’s Private LOCKSS Network (PKP-PLN), a fully decentralized system distributed among collaborating libraries, designed to create permanent archives of the journal and preserve original content, ensuring its restoration if necessary.

Additionally, as the publishing institution, the Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción maintains internal processes for synchronous backup of the journal’s content on redundant institutional servers, ensuring long-term preservation and safeguarding of all published materials.
