Abstract

The great efforts of States and international organizations to achieve uniformity of international commercial arbitration has allowed a broad legal framework to be applied by the different actors that interact in international procurement. this uniformity has expanded its use and has created alternative means of confict resolution between the parties involved, giving rise to arbitration by electronic means, know as online dispute resolution which, stands out, because of its effectiveness, low cost and speed, even choosing the language of the arbitration and becoming a new tool for cross-border solutions.
