The Revista de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción conducts various processes to guarantee permanent accessibility to published archives. These include:

- Digital Repository with previous Issues.
- Use of DOIs.
- Availability of downloadable reading formats that allow for easy reproduction.

The Revista de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción is part of the Public Knowledge Project's Private LOCKSS Network (PKP-PLN), which creates a fully decentralized system distributed among various collaborating libraries in order to create permanent archives of the journal and, through this, preserve the original contents and restore them if necessary.
