Abstract

In the development of fundamental rights, the right to education occupies a special place, given the effects on those who are in the training stage. In this context, parents play a fundamental role in the education of their children and, for this reason, the study of their right in the moral and religious education of minors is relevant in order to fully understand the scope of it. In this work, the author describes and analyzes the main judgments that the European Court of Human Rights has issued about the aforementioned right of parents, with particular emphasis on the most controversial issues.
