Reflections on the warranty of the market unit in the spanish legal order

The Spanish Constitution does not explicitly enshrines the principle of unity of the market, but this has been sitting in our legal system thanks to the interpretative work of the Constitutional Court. However, this principle poses considerable tension and conflicts arising from the joint Spanish state as geographically complex state. In the present study the contents of Law 20/2013, Assurance Market Unit setting forth its basic principles and its application will pose problems discussed.
