Survival of labor right in the face of a potential loss of its object as a product of the new forms of service provision.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to show the challenges that the Labor Law deals with the new forms of service provision through technological platforms; to describe the risks to hold a rigid confguration of labor relations; and enunciate two possible ways of solutions, based on the revaluation of the concept of foreignness and a reinterpretation of subordination and dependency.
