Crimes of femicide: when the judicial system becomes an alabi

The article makes an approach to the study of the patriarchal system refected in passed sentences of two judicial systems from South America, taking as examples both cases of femicide ocurred in Chile and Bolivia. The intention is to explain why these crimes remain unpunished, beyond the specifc reasonings of each judicial system.
