Abstract

The purpose of this article is to support the foundations already indicated by the doctrine in order to establish solutions against immaterial acts on the ground that are possessed and in particular to the inconvenience generated by noise. The above will focus on new foundations that come to point out that, our Civil Code, together with the protective actions of possession, has other protection tools contained in articles 937 and 2333 respectively.
