Construction of speech and realities' contents. A problem and a time period

Abstract

A speech is always a good subject for a historiographic analysis, especially when it's about politic or economic issues. However, with the passing of time, the subjects, the projects, the ideas, don 't always coincide with what in fact happened in history, thus the balance between speeches and realities is often expressed, in general, repeating what it's known about realities instead of watching the changes which were promised from them.
