Abstract

A literalure review about the current information in spawners management and related topics of ovoposilion in “loco" Concholepas concholepas (Bruguiére) was carried out. This information was provided by experiment research in the Southern Chile and the previous data published in journals. These subjects are highly important lo maximize the production of hatched larval veliger stages which is required as well intensive culture practices as stocking programs in costal areas.
