El Salmón en Japón

Abstract

A general outline of the japanese commercial species of the genus Oncorhynchus (Salmonidae) is described. Special cmphasis is given to. O. keta, species wich is beeing introduced in Aysén, Chile.
Particular relations are given on capture techniques, artificial spawning, planting and fisheries regulations on salmonids of Japan.
