The ethical perceptions of university students considering administrative careers are critical because they will be the managers and officials of organizations in the future. The study has a mixed approach of a descriptive and cross-cutting type; a probabilistic sample of teachers and students from the Faculty of Administration Sciences of a private university was used. The results show that teachers have a higher ethical perception than students. The highest ethical perception score in the group of students is observed in those coming from public schools; from five faculty careers, accounting students highlight, similarly, the female gender, the students of the last levels, and non-single students.
